Hilary Delahunty Solicitors opened for business in 2008 in Johnstown, Waterford.

It's principle solicitor; Hilary Delahunty qualified in 2007 having apprenticed with Lynch and Partners in Clonmel and Fahy McGeever in Dublin.

He has a Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and is presently completing a Masters in Law with University College Cork. 

Having completed his apprenticeship he worked as an assistant solicitor with Kelly Colfer Son & Poyntz in New Ross before opening H. R. Delahunty, Solicitors in Johnstown, Waterford in 2008.

Since then he has developed a reputation as an effective and hardworking advocate and H. R. Delahunty, Solicitors has gone from strength to strength.

Although we concentrate primarily on personal injuries and criminal defence representation the office is a general practice and we welcome enquiries on all areas of the law.

As the firm’s principle solicitor, Hilary Delahunty believes that clients want a candid and informed analysis with an enthusiastic and hardworking attitude. That has been his approach since starting out in business and it constitutes the core value of his practice.
